Who is Erica?

 I absolutely LOVE what I do. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent to help you buy or sell, I would be honored to be your agent. Now, I’m not some crazy lady who will get mad if you work with another friend or family member (there are a million of us out there) but I do know I’m the most organized person I know, I get up and GO each morning, I keep up with the times and I am patient with everyone, (except my kids and husband 🧐😝) which equals to an awesome freakin’ Agent. Not only do I help people buy and sell directly with me but I also help other Agents keep their transactions organized and communication top notch from opening to closed, as a Transaction Coordinator.

I know my way around buying and selling. Working as both an active Agent AND a Transaction Coordinator full-time really is the best of both worlds. I have been able to use my skills to grow my business in this ever changing market. Everyday I am thankful I get to work with Agents and friends and family. Plus I get to see the inside of ppl’s homes 🤣. 

Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, I helped the elderly and disabled population transition to different living situations, such as, long-time residence to assisted living or skilled nursing facility. Even as a child, real estate was a big part of my life. My mom, single handedly bought and sold many homes. I remember flipping through the home magazines on the floor of our Agents office quite a few times during late night offer reviews.

I mostly work with Agent, Buyers, and Sellers within Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom Counties (throw in Camano Island, too). BUT I often scout and interview other Agents for you out of towners, so you know that the Agent you would work with is at least vested a little.
